The license of the Curaçao Gaming Commission confirms Stake’s right to accept sports bets and place any type of slot machines on the official website. This page describes the details of the authorization.

Excluded Countries

Any company that operates under the license of the Curaçao Gaming Commission is entitled to organize gambling in India and several dozen other countries. But there is a list of excluded territories. These are Curaçao, France, the Netherlands, and the Dutch West Indies. Working in these countries under this license is prohibited. Violation of this rule can lead to penalties. Up to and including suspension of the license.

If you notice that a betting site is operating under a Curaçao license in one of the excluded countries, you can report it to the Gaming Commission. An investigation will be conducted. If the violation is confirmed, the company may lose its license. But before sending a report to the Gaming Commission, please make sure that such a company does not operate under several licenses at once.

The Curaçao Gaming Commission is responsible for licensing, developing standards and monitoring compliance by the companies that have obtained a license. At the same time, we do not own these brands and do not directly influence their work and decisions. Therefore, the responsibility for any actions on the part of such companies rests entirely with their management. We have no direct financial interest in their work.

All logos, trademarks and commercial names on this page belong to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. The exception is the betting site logo, its name and domain name. All other materials are the intellectual property of the commission. It is forbidden to use them without prior consent.
